Please note that the following is the regular pattern of services; however, this can vary on a day to day basis, particularly during choir holidays when visiting choirs may be singing or a spoken Service of Evening Prayer may replace Choral Evensong.

08.30 - Morning Prayer in the Chapel of St Anselm
17.30 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Choral Evensong in the Quire
Wednesday: Said Evening Prayer in the Lady Chapel
SATURDAYS
09.00 - Morning Prayer
09:30 - Holy Communion in the Chapel of St Werburgh
16:15 - Choral Evensong
SUNDAYS
08.00 - Holy Communion in the Lady Chapel (Book of Common Prayer)
10.00 - The Cathedral Eucharist in the Nave
11.30 - Mattins in the Quire (BCP Eucharist 1st, 3rd Sundays)
15.30 - Choral Evensong in the Quire
18.30 - Evening Service - Compline, Wholeness & Healing or Taize. (This evening service does not take place every Sunday - please check on the monthly scheme)

Refectory Cafe
The Refectory, built in the 13th century, was the dining hall for the 40 monks who belonged to the community at the time. The Refectory is open from 9:30 - 4:30 and a delicious lunch menu, fabulous cakes and free Wi-Fi!
